Meiji Period Bronze Elephant

A highly detailed Japanese bronze casting of an elephant with raised trunk and deer antler tusks. The sculpture stands on its original wooden base, with a Genryusai Seiya makers seal to underside of the casting. The sculpture is in perfect condition with excellent patination.
