Refund policy

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us by emailing info@beechmountantiques.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your goods if you wish to return it.

Once we’ve received your refund request, we will arrange for the item to be collected.

Please note that all returns should be sent back in the same condition you received them.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

When the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment minus a £100 collection and administration fee.
