An impressive Middle Eastern Damascus games table, typical intricate marquetry inlay in exotic hardwoods, and mother-of-pearl, having a pair of small drawers to frieze, lift-up top enclosing chess and draughts boards and compartments for games pieces, the whole section lifting again to reveal a felt-lined card table. This stunning piece is dated 12^th March 1914.
